The Not-So-Exciting (But Important) Stuff

1. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed via our website at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Final numbers are what you’ll be charged for — reductions after this time are non-refundable.

  • A 20% surcharge applies on public holidays.

  • We prefer one payment per booking. If individual payments are required, this must be arranged in advance and all guests must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the booking.

2. Timing

  • Bookings run for a 2.5 hour sitting from your start time.

  • We’ll have your space ready up to 30 minutes prior where possible.

  • We may require the space back at the end of your session to accommodate other bookings.

3. Food & Dietaries

  • Please let us know all dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior.

  • We’ll always do our best, but late notice dietaries can’t be guaranteed.

4. Drinks & Responsible Service

  • We are committed to responsible service of alcohol.

  • No BYO.

  • Valid ID is required — no service to under 18s.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or disorderly guests.

  • Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave.

  • If selecting the drinks package, it runs for 2 hours from your booking start time.

  • The drinks package is available for the whole group only, with the exception of guests who are not consuming alcohol (must be advised in advance).

5. Decorations

  • You’re welcome to bring simple table decorations or a cake.

  • Larger setups (balloons, signage, backdrops etc.) must be approved in advance.

  • Please take all decorations with you at the end of your booking.

  • Excess mess or damage may incur a cleaning fee.

6. Guest Numbers

  • All guests must be included in your final numbers.

  • Guests 13+ are charged at the full per-person price.

  • Kids are welcome — chat to us about options.

  • We are unable to accommodate additional guests arriving on the day.

7. Cancellations

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will result in full payment being forfeited.
